About Us 
Petapoluza is owned and operated by Nick Zouroudis & Amanda Graci- two dog owners that wanted the healthiest and most accessable alternative to those big corporate pet supply guys. The two owners as well as their two dogs are active - they enjoy playing in the park, swimming in the lake, and camping in various locations around the Pacific Northwest. Be it rain, snow or shine - it doesn't matter to the dogs - they need to be outside and active.
While poking around the country, Nick & Amanda found they needed to stop in many different stores to find the goods that they needed for their two furry friends. They needed to get yummy nutritious food, camping and kayaking gear for the dogs, raincoats for themselves as well as their animals, doggie treats for the road, and most importantly - a way to get the stinky dogs clean after a day out and about. There just wasn't one place to go to get it all done.
Nick and Amanda found that the best solution was to open their own store, where they can offer other pets and people like themselves everything they need in one easy to access location.

Having a Healthy Pet
We aim to please all pets and their owners. We'll work with each pet to find the correct solution with you for the best health possible for your pet. Many people don't realize that animals, just like people, are plagued with allergies. Flaky coat? Dull listless hair? Sensative stomach? Mopy during the day? These things are all common issues with pets that can easily be rememdied by changing the food that you give them. If any of these things are a concern, come in a see us! We can talk about what's happening with your pet, and work with you to make your pet feel the best that they possibly can!

Healthy Tips!
* Experts agree that as your puppy and senior dog age their nutritional needs will change and it's wise to vary their diet accordingly. Smaller pets need fattier foods while older pets need other nutrients.
* Dogs and cats that seems to have joint and hip problems will benefit from glucosamine and chondroitin that can be found in healthy treats and supplements.
* Regular "doses" of catnip can be beneficial to your cat's health and can help to keep your cat from eating other house plants. Catnip is not addictive or habit forming.
